High-efficiency Fluidized Bed Dryer Granulator For Continuous Powder Processing
Description:
After purification and heating, air is drawn in from the bottom of the fluidized bed granulation dryer by an induced draft fan, passing through the distribution plate of the material hopper. This causes the powder or wet particles of the material to be in a fluidized state in the raw material container, where they are preheated and mixed by the purified heated air. During granulation, the binder solution is atomized and sprayed in, causing several particles to aggregate into granules containing the binder. As the hot air continuously dries the material, the moisture in the granules evaporates, and the binder solidifies. This process is repeated continuously to form ideal, uniform, multi-porous spherical particles.
Application:
The FL series fluidized bed dryer/granulator can complete mixing, granulation, and drying processes in one operation. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries, primarily for granulation and drying of powdered materials. It can also be used for micro-pellet preparation and powder coating.It effectively improves material flowability, increases production efficiency, and meets GMP production standards, adapting to different production scales from laboratory trials to industrial mass production.
